Michael Stanley-Jones

In conjunction with our 'Green' theme for ArtMill Summer Camp 2011, we invited Michael Stanley-Jones to deliver a special lecture and demonstration to the campers, staff and teachers about POPs (persistent organic pollutants) in the environment.

Michael Stanley-Jones, is a Public Information Officer for the Joint Services of the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions of the United Nations Environment Programme and has been working on Safe Planet, a UNEP-led global public awareness and outreach campaign for ensuring the safety of human health and the environment against hazardous chemicals and wastes.
